This college was enlisted by University Grants Commission under section 2(f) vide UGC’Ss letter no. F.8-3/92(CPP-I) dtd. 30.11.1996 and is eligible and receiving , since then, central assistance in terms of the rules framed under section 12-B of the UGC act, 1956.
